Pepper Jackfruit Curry Recipe

Ingredients list:

Oil

Onion (chopped)

Tomato (chopped)

Ginger-Garlic Paste

Chili powder

1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder

1/8 tsp

Coriander leaves (chopped)

1/8 cup

 For pepper curry powder:

Coriander seeds

1 tsp

Pepper

1 tsp

Fennel seeds

1/4 tsp

Cumin seeds

1/4 tsp

Cloves

Cardamom

Cinnamon sticks

INSTRUCTION:

Step 1

Make pepper masala powder by blending roasted (coriander seeds, pepper, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon sticks) and keep it aside in one bowl.

Step 2

Add oil to a pan and heat it for 1 min.

Step 3

Add Eat with Better Jack Fruit Chunks.

Step 4

Fry it till it becomes golden brown colour.

Step 5

Transfer it to a one bowl and keep it aside.

Step 6

Heat some oil in a pan.

Step 7

Add chopped onion and curry leaves and sauté it for few minutes till it turns golden brown colour.

Step 8

Add chopped tomato and ginger garlic paste and sauté it well for 2 to 3 mins.

Step 9

Add chili powder and turmeric powder and sauté it for 1 min.

Step 10

Add roasted Jack Fruit Chunks.

Step 11

Add pepper  masala powder.

Step 12

Add salt and mix the mixture well and cook it for 2 to 3 mins (add water if required).

Step 13

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 14

Serve it hot with Roti, Rice, or Dosa.
